I wonder myself the same.. The moment the parrot breaks open the egg and while rather blind in days is syringe fed and makes an imprint on the parent... While my little one is only after 16 weeks brought to me I still wonder what imprint I could have made from egg that would have gotten my little one over his fears and to bond and trust irrifutibly... As for the queen's birthday it just fell on it but with much consolances ourselves as to the passing of the Duke of Edinborough a chance to spoil the cordie dogs rotten could really be taken up a notch when the queen can ask a council how to spoil a corgie and the opinion being world wide... Next time? Checked myself the pet shop that stated sex inconclusive which seems a parrot thing but male cock 14 weeks was the receipt to had to give pet insurance yet I wonder again when does a parrot of such apparent high intellect consider me dad and if I had handled him from egg of he would have been so careful with everything...
From egg I would say that would be a premium parrot breeder service and the imprint and bond is instant not simply learned with causion as these parrots of later in years are with us...
